I have 1 of 2 NGT not eating cut tilapia anymore. I'll try catfish fillets soon (little bit more $$$). But wondering if any of you dat owners feed superworms? I hear and know certain Asian Aro owners feed this as part of their staple. Since, the outside membrane is softer. Much easier digested.

The positive and negatives if any from experiences please on the nutritional value, behaviors and etc. As a reference, I have 8 Indos, 2 NGT, & 1 AT. Thanks a bunch!

Here is a vid of some that are not camera shy.

Irridescent Shark worked for the stubborn NGT. Labeled under "Swai" at Walmart for $6.48 2lbs.

Superworms are super healthy for your fish if you gutload them. They are super durable and longlived. One of my large indos used to steal them away from my aro. He loved them, but the other dats would ignore them. all depends in the dat i guess

I give them a little head squeeze to end their life before feeding them. They supposedly can eat themselves out of the fish

U might be right but the acid in the fish stomach im sure will kill them instantly.

Chek this out in which i dont disagree w/ u. I left a foam cup by accident in a container full of superworms. Let me tell u, next day i came back to see the cup all torn up with holes.

Best is to gut load them and right before feeding, put it in the freezer for couple mins
