That's questionable. Depends on dimensions, but I would initially say no. Why would you want to keep one in a tub anyway?
 
A hundred gallons isn't much of a pond. Maybe some sunfish or something, but I think you'll be disappointed with the view.
 
Doesnt sound like a great idea to me ive caught them at 19" and I know they get bigger
 
No. I just saw one the other day snorkelling that was like two feet long. Even at less than 2 feet long a 100g tub would be cruel in the least.
 
you could do it in a plastic pond/or a rubbermaid tub if you really want to if it was bigger maybe 200 gallon you would need a good filtration system though
 
Why not just buy some pond liner and dig....?? You could go much larger for the same price :)
