please respond only if you have had experience. ive already made the purchase because it was something i could not pass up and i just dont want to read... "i wouldnt try it"

so i just got a ST which is about 9". i have a lot of dats ranging from 1"-5". should i be worried about the ST eating the 1"-2" indos? im testing it out at the current moment with a 1" indo with the 9" ST just to see what would happen if i introduced it to my main tank. so far all i see is the 9" chases the 1" indo for a quick sec. and then minds his own business. what really concerns me is that im going to starve the 9" ST to train him to eat MP because the original owner only fed it feeders... so im worried that the 1" would be considered food.

Ive had 8 inchers in with 2 inchers with no problems at all ;)

:iagree: this is ture I had the same questions when I started with dats; every1 told me it's cool; I put my largers with my 1.5-2"ers and the larger ones didn't even look at the small ones.

I had an 8" and 6" Indo with 15 1-2" Indos and they never even paid attention to them.

I want to put in my 1 inchers with my bigger dats too, but im worried that the larger non-dat inhabitants would eat them.

i have a 14'' ST with a 6''ST and its fine but i would keep the 9''er of yours well fed if its in with 1''ers it could see them as food.
better safe than sorry.

smaller tigers and bigger tigers seam to be fine it when they are near the same size problems start
