Last effort for a floating water cow?

Picked up a 10" water cow and was a little worried about his condition.

3 days have passed and he is boyount as a bobber.

Crazy thing is the dude is still eating like a mad man.

I've added salt to the aquarium is there anything else I can do to save the guy?

I'm sure he has a bladder infection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! !#

Do a 30 min bath in Methylene blue with epsome salt. In a container large enough for the fish, fill it with tank water add 1 teaspoon of Meth blue per 5 gallons of water to this add 1 teaspoon of epsom salt per 5 gallons of water. You could also add an air stone if you have one. While the fish is in the bath do a good 50% water change in the tank and return the fish to clean water. Do this every day for 3 days and see how it responds.
