so one of my oscars died in my pond, she couldnt stand the cold and she was never the strongest fish. I want a replacement for her that will get around the same size (anywere from 10-18 inch is fine) so just looking for some ideas

1-2 gt (thought one dies but get the occasional sighting still havnt confirmed its him)

1 peacock bass
a bunch of gourami ( decorative food)
a bunch of convicts ( also decorative food)
a bunch of mollies/guppies/minnows ( not so decorative food)
and a cleanup crew consisting of a few rainbow sharks, around 8 goldfish( want to get it down to 4), 2 plecos, some ottos, and im trying to colonize ghost shrimp but they get eaten to fast
pond: 28ft x 11 ft x 2.5 ft ( always regret not digging it another 6 inches deeper)
