Bigger the better if you can handle it, but you got to start somewhere.
Lots of information in the forums, if you have more direct questions about setting up your tank, post in the Setup and Filtration you will get more input there. this part of the forums is mainly for introduction to new members!
Also remember to include as much info as possible, Tank size, and fish stock, and your experience, and stuff like that. The more info people have the faster they can provide advice!
