I'm starting to see small VERY tiny pen pricks along the nose and face area that is common in lungs how do i stop it or at least slow it down

I've heard more earthworms and spiralina in the diet is this true

the lung does get a fair amount of spirulina pellets in his diet what else do i need to do

try giving him as much variety as possible in his diet and keep the water as clean as you can. good luck. also, i think that a little bit of this is normal as long as it doesn't get out of control because i seem to see it in a lot of lungfish pics.

Are you sure it's lateral erosion ? Tiny pin pricks could be his electromagnetic sensors (they are vaguely relatd to electric eels, and sense food and water movement with these receptors)
