Lava rock

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have heard it can leech Iron into the tank, causing algae problems. This is usually in a saltwater tank.

Not sure about it messing with anything else..

Stay way away from lava rock with rays, you will be in touch with a taxidermist soon.
Leaches iron and will raise ph and collect nitrates.
HTH !

whats up mike? Hows the program? havent talked to you in a minute. Wait for Deathcurls response to this and hell give you some first hand on lava rock. i know the one thing is you should establish it for a few months with less tempramental fish

lava rock will cause PH to raise as high up as 8. and is not god for ray. maybe u can use DW or BW instead.
