Any body got any of these guys? Want to know if anyone had success with them eating algae off the glass. heard that they only eat algae off wood... thanks in advance...

Mine go on the glass often but i am not sure how much eating they are doing while hanging on the glass.They do enjoy there algae disc and zucchini as well as a mixed flake food and blood worms.
i recently aquired one of these..about 2.5inch. they eat bogwood i believe..i have thrown in a few algae wafers to see if he;s interested but ive yet to see him munching. im gona try some catfish pellet and nls pellets...i'll keep you posted!
