Are mustard spot plecos safe for planted tanks?

Panaqolus albomaculatus should be plant safe. Haven't kept them before but plecos typically don't destroy plants if supplied with enough food items.

I'd be careful. They are panaqolus, which are wood eaters. I've had an L204 for roughly six year and he's not been kind to plants in the past. Maybe start with some java fern but I suspect most plants will get eaten.
