Leaches as a food source?

Gross! I don't see any vitamin on those...most likely fully loaded with diseases! (I'm just guessing here)

I have fed my fish on occasion leeches that I caught but I wouldn't feed them often. My fish would often not eat them and I would find them on the glass of my tank
