I got my new 75 gallon tank today that I was picking up from a guy on craigslist and when I filled it everything looked pretty much okay but then I realized that it was leaking alot in the back where the tank is drilled. I tightened it as much as I could but it was still leaking so I went out and bought some super glue and gorilla tape and It is now drying. Hopefully ill post some pictures up tonight.

Why not get a new gasket or bulkhead fitting? How big is the hole that is drilled?

is it leaking around the bulkhead? :iagree: just get a new bulkhead or gasket. it dont pay to be cheap when it comes to tank repairs

BTW, Gorilla Glue and its associated products are made just down the road from where I live.

It sounds like Tim the Tool Man (that annoying guy from the sitcom) is working on the tank.

lol thats ghetto

silicone works better but just buy a new bulkhead if needed drilled tanks are good if your gonna have an over flow on it or mabye even a sump

ya its way better off if you just buy new gaskets and bulkheads
