when i first set my tank up my Tetratec EX700 was leaking small drops of water from the pipe inlets on the canister, i was really worried about this but after a day or so the problem seemed to have cured itself...

anyway recently the flow stopped so i had to clean all the pipes out and everything and i noticed this morning that a puddle had leaked out, im not loosing water at an alarming rate but i AM loosing water.

does anybody know what i can do to stop this? the filter was brand new and in working order. a year ago when the leak started i even purchased new tap inlets from germany that took forever to come but the problem still persisted until it "cured" itself.

Many thanks in Advance El

I'm not familiar with that filter, so I can't guarantee anything, but try taking apart the are that's leaking & rubbing some silicone grease or vaseline on the o-rings. My bet is that the o-rings are dried out a little, moved out of place, or have some crud behind them. Hopefully that will solve your problem.
