i have a one hundred gallon tank that has a leak in the bottom. i have resealed it several times and i have no luck. the bottom payne of glass has a little give so i think i will shim it and have one more go at it. any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

Does your stand have full support? If not try covering it with a piece of 3/4" plywood and top that with 1/4" cork board. that is more effective than shimming which can lead too stress points, then reseal it once more.
