We are leaving for three day to go see family for thanks giving will my motoro stingray be ok with out food for the three day? Is there anything i can do for him while i am gone?

Yes rays can go for several weeks without food, not good for them but they will survive. 3 days won't hurt him, just give him a good meal before you leave. I would suggest having someone come over regularly to check on him if you can, last thing you need is a power outage or pump failure while your gone. Another option is to setup a webcam so you can keep an eye on things remotely.
Make sure he doesn't have any tank mates he can tackle too he might go after things he normally wouldn't.
