I have a 10 gallon tank that I want to put a betta in and I want to have low light plants in it. Is there any leds out there that would work for live plants in a 10 gal? if so what kind, thanks!

Lots of options, depends what look you like. Desk lamps work well with low light plants and are affordable
It needs to work with a hood, I have 5 cats and they like to jump lol sorry forgot to mention that

the double brights I believe are made with a spectrum range meant more for saltwater than freshwater
if you wanted medium-ish light, I know the finnex fugeray models are really good. I use their rayII models since I do higher light, and they make a really nice product.

Marineland Doublebright lights are way overpriced IMO, and the single brights would struggle to grow algae.
I have the model I posted, except it's 3w LEDS and 24 inches on a 15G planted bowfront with shrimp, I love it.
