LED Bar Light from Ebay

Has anyone purchased an LED bar light like the one below from Ebay before? I want to know if theyre good or not.

I got an 18" (I think) and it works good. It lights up my 29gal nicely. Suction cups doesn't work well out of water. Planning on getting another one to replace the fluorescent on another one of my 29

I was planning on putting the light on top of a glass lid.

That's how I have it. It just uses the suction cups as a base. I wished mine has the on/off like the one in your pic
