There are obviously more expensive units like the Solaris units, that we know work but cost alot of paper! So I was just wondering what experiences people have had with LED lighting and plant growth! Please post the unit you are using and the specs, how much it costed, where you bought it, how it worked and on what plants/setup. Also, just throw in an LED facts you know about in relations with paquarium plants. Thanks!

update, its if a fairly bright light for the price, and is almost identical to natural light(cant tell its on when the windows open, but lights up the whole room at night, so may need some reflectors?) anyway, the plant in the tank its in seems to be growing, but so is brown algae, so are these LED's not putting out enough light?
