Hi, Im debating whether to switch over to a "DIY" LED lighting setup for my planted tank. I currently have a single 54 watt T5HO bulb on my 55 gallon planted tank. I currently have a bunch of java moss some anubias and some amazon swords and they all seem to be doing well with my current setup. I'm thinking to switching to four 10 watt LED floodlights, something like this model http://compare.ebay.com/like/160816745775?var=lv&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&_lwgsi=y&cbt=y

I'd be saving 14 watts of electricity, Im also thinking that these will last me longer, I'm not a fan of buying a new bulb every 6 months for my current fixture.

Im on the fence about it because Im not sure if the info that Im getting online is accurate or relevant.

Supposedly the 54 watt T5HO bulb puts out 5000 lumens, Im not sure if this is correct.

the 10 watt LED's put out 700-900 lumens each, which would give me between 2800-3600 lumens, would this be enough for a low-med light setup?
