Picked up a Panorama Pro LED light module for my little plant tank, and just for the fun of it put it over our ray tank before I mounted it. It looked AWESOME with the shimmer effect, and really made the rays stand out. I mean, awesome awesome awesome. I'm thinking of putting some LED's over the big ray ponds when they're finished....anyone else out there use LED's of some sort? What do you think of them if you do? I'd rather spend a little more in the beginning and save more on running the lights in the long run. Plus the bulbs wouldn't need to be replaced like a standard bulb would! And it'd look super cool, lol!

I use these LED modules on my pond, the one in the pictures from the sand thread, think its the older model of the one your talking about. They are great lights, create a very nice shimmer effect and put out allot of light for there small size.

I think you're right....looks like they've just sort of redesigned and streamlined, but it sounds like they're basically the same from the specs I'm reading on the site. Very glad to hear that you like them so much! Looks like I'll be needing some more of these LED's in the very near future. Thanks again for your opinion!!!
