Hi, i'm about doing some low light plant with discus but have many questions

Tank= 6'x3' and the lights are 33" from the sand bed.
Light= 10 watt leds, currently have 4 but will do 6 which give me 60watts. 8hrs a day more if needed.
Sand= PFS 1-2" deep in front and 2-3 in back.
Fish= 15-20 discus will be added after the plants take root etc... shrimp or geo for cleaning the bottom.
Plant= sagittaria subulata and anubas or whatever can and will grow with high temp, low light, no CO2.... Just want a capet of grass and some tall ones.

So can it be done????

You won't know until you give it try. Anubias will certainly grow, albeit slowly. What leds are you going to use?

http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/349033998/10_watt_high_power_led.html with 10w drivers...

i would like to know if i can grow a carpet of grass with this leds any grass for that matter...

My goal is.. PFSand, grass(thick if that's even possible?), anubias, driftwoods (and discus) using the above listed leds only..

You will find it hard but not impossible to grow a carpet with a low tech stup. Maybe you could do a water wisteria carpet. I'm not sure about the LEDs, no experience.

It is definately possible to use LED lights. I do not think the ones you got will work though. You need much higher intensity lights with better spectrum. How deep is your tank? I light my 150 tall with LED entirely.....I have 60 watts total on my 48" long tank. It is well lit but cold never grow a carpet. i would either invest in more penetrating lights such as the Ecoxotic Modules that I use or the 20 watt LED spots being touted lately. You could set up the spot lights over areas you want carpet without lighting the whole tank up like x-mas. Shadows look realistic and fish like them!!
