I'm gonna buy an led light fixture for my 90 gallon tank, I would like to use it for plants and fish, what do I need to look for? Would any system work or do I need one with full spectrum?

Thank you so much for the direct answer! I went to the lfs yesterday and the guy was terrible and because he decided he know more than me he was an arrogant ass.

You need one that incorporates red and blue leds.

To be fair and a little more accurate you need the right light spectrum for plants, not to mention enough (i think its Par) for the plants you plan on growing, since requirements for anubias will be much different from say HC...

And most LED's arent that strong unless you get ones specific for plants and for the right size tank...

I've been doing a ton of research since posting this because who goes to work to work...? Honestly I think I'm gonna scrap the whole live plant thing for a while. To much doin and I have the rest of the house to work on. Thanks for the answers as always MFK!
