What arowanas are legal for the USA. I no that there are many laws with arows so i jsut want to now what my chooses are THanks.

Depends what state your in.... asians are illegal in all the states though

African arowanas are still legal as far as I know.

I should add if you are looking for an african that they are difficult to take care of when young cause they are part filter feeder. There is some stuff on here about taking care of them when young. They look cool when bigger though, kinda like a mini arapaima but without the red in the tail.

look the only way to by pass this is the loop whole of buying eggs instead. eggs aren't considered illegal if eggs are just eggs evne though are aro eggs. now the problem is will farms sell you aro eggs? theres lots of ways to own things legally if you can speak to the farm owners.
