Every State in the US has different laws, so I would look into your state's laws for what would apply to you.

Many states require collection permits for wildcaught fish to be sold

In my state all those fish are legal but i don't know what a warmouth is i haven't heard of that 1.

warmouth are commonly called Goggle Eye

here is a pict

kind of like a big bluegill with a large mouth

most of the ones i have caught are darker and more colorfull than the pict

Don't know if it is legal but send me that warmouth if you are getting rid of it! I have been waiting for one for quite some time now.

When I traded my Bluegills in, the LFS said they we're supposed to have them in. They put them in a back and an employee brought them home. They said they needed permits for them, but thats DE, I don't know about where you live.

game fish is why ;)

Well it is always nice to ship with natives because they are so much easier. You can easily ship natives with priority mail and it only costs about $10. No need for heat packs or anything unless it is below freezing! BTW how big are they?
