Does anyone know if gar legality has changed any recently? ive seen 3 spotted gar for sale here in utah over the last couple months. not sure if its just a pattern of sting ops or if something actually changed. can't seem to find anything recent from the state sites either. i know that there are a few other species that are listed as "illegal" that nobody seems to care if they are sold in the state, Jags are supposed to be banned but every petco and petstore that sells any cichlids carries them and nobody cares.
