what US government department controls legality of fish sales?
in other words, who is going to come after you when you have something you arent supposed to have?

Local game and wildlife, state level as long as it doesnt cross state lines!!!

Most states will be the Dept of Fish and Game. It also depends on what you have and how many you have. It can rise as high as the FBI or a much lower agency, all the way down to your local Sheriff.
