i was scrolling through the interwebs 2 days ago searching for how-to's and diy's for fish tank decals, when i come along this neat little blog (i'll post the link under the pictures). as i am reading through it and it's comments, i find out that legos are commonly used and safe for aquatic decoration. as a Junior in high school, i still have lots of legos from my earlier childhood that i just can't seem to get rid of. so if i can't get rid of them, i might as well put them to some significant use. so after a few hours exploring under my bed for some good pieces, i finally get to making the decals. with a little hot glue here and there, they were ready to be put in the tank! not only do they look neat, but the fish like them as well! to keep them from floating to the surface, all you got to do it put some gravel on it and around it's base. here is some pics of the finished products!0907151053.jpg 0907151054.jpg 0907151054a.jpg

Iv heard of people doing this, and i can imagine that your only limits are you imagination...and the size of your Lego kit haha. Yours look cool, just make sure they are well glued lol.

that's amazing lol, have never thought of this; could potentially make some great breeding caves or hides for larger cichlids!
