lei or jar? which to choose

hey guys i need some help on choosing which fish is better a lei or a jardini? since my silver arowana passed away I'm looking to get a new arowana.

Define "better".
Personally I like leis do to looks and the fact that it can be kept in a community without any great difficulty.

All personal preference really lei's are much more accepting towards tankmates , but I personally prefer the look of jardini they're much thicker set and im a sucker for aggressive fish

Then there is the price aspect as a lei will usually cost at least twice the price of a jardini of equal size and condition.

i went with the jardini. my lfs had both jars and leis but the price on the leis kinda had me at no 400$ for a lei!.

150$ for the jardini looks about 4-5" and the lei 7-8" 400$ will post a pic of my jar tomorrow after work.

i kno kind of expensive idk i guess hawaii is just getting expensive now lol i remember it use to be like way way less than the prices now!

used to be much less in the UK too eight years ago I payed £30 for a 4-5" jar , they are priced up at around £125-150 these days its the shipping I guess
