Leiarius Longibarbis, the Marbled Pim

I have a 16" marbled pim, or marble flying cat, whatever you wanna call it. It's in a 325 gal pond in the backyard for now, and within the next 3-4 weeks it will be moved into a 150 gal to winter it inside. I am aware these fish get about twice this size, but any additional info would be helpfull.
