what is the price for one of this in your area? My local fish stores in Minnesota charge $400 for a 4" so just want to compare to other states before I make my move and buy one.

None here. Aquatic Central in San Fransisco has for $180. WetSpot in Portland had them for $160, but I think he is out.
$160 to $180 is a great price. Wish our LFS only charge for that price.

I don't hesitate to buy fish over the internet. Actually same day service on the airlines is usually cheaper then FedEx or UPS.
Same here,though I have not ordered anything in a while.Sometimes it's the only option if you want a certain fish tha no one local has or can get.....Four hundred dollars is outrageous for a small lei but the other prices mentioned are about what I have seen them go for.
I was there yesterday and it was still there. Beautiful too! You won't be disappointed!
Forest lake has been running that price on the leis since I have seen them get them in. Other fish have gone up their but the leis have been the same. All depends on if you want to see it before you buy it or not. You pay less but you don't see it. Your call, got a lot of fish from online sources and forest lake as well. Forest lake has a great selection.
