Lemon jake coloring question

I have a 4" or so lemon jake, ive had him for about 2 weeks since ive got him i could tell his face has gotn more blue. I was wondering is he still growning into color? Hes yellow but not bright yellow

My Lemon Jake is about 4" now and he is stunning. The yellows and blues are in full color! He is def my fav fish in the tank! As far as when he takes on full color...a lot depends on his tank mates. I had a sub dominate male with this guy...he never colored up until I removed into his own tank. What is yours in with and how large is the tank?
