I found some lemon oscar at my LFS and I want to get them, but there is something i want to know before hand. I realized that lemon O has come back into the hobby, but what I am wondering is how would you know if the oscar isn't dyed? Also, there are health problems with the fishes I think. The anus on almost all the oscars are large as if something is stuck in them, but I don't think its aste because the anus is swollen. I think I read that this may be a parasite and if it is ow can I treat it if I get it or if I should get it at all. Thank for reading my relpy.

i have lemon o's at my work, but im not sure if they're dyed. i can tell you that they are gorgeous. im not one to like o's but if i had the room i would buy one!
