My LFS just got in a couple of lemon oscars, they look like albinos, but instead of the red on them it is yellow, i have been assured that this colour has been bred into them and it is not dye, i will try to get some pics later but i only have a camera phone so i am not sure how they will come out
My older pair are both over 2 years old. Their color just seems to get more yellow. They're definitely more yellow than the trio of juvie sunshines I have in another tank.
I want a pair real bad but i am over stocked with growouts now they are the most beutiful O's around imo i want to try and breed the long fin trait into a pair like that it would be sweeeet.

nice. My favorite is still the red oscar. Nothing beats that black head with a bright red body. Just adopted one from an abusive owner. At first didn't leave a his little driftwood cave. Two weeks later, his scales are healed, his fins are almost perfect, and he is the one leading the attack when the food hits the water. I love oscars!!!
