Lemon Tetra temp question?

Hi there!

Is it possible to keep Lemon tetras at a temperature of 30 degrees celsius (86 degrees F)? Is this recommended?

I'm thinking of keeping a shoal of them as tankmates with blue rams which is why the temp is being kept particularly high. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
