Lenticulata 1 year later

So i got this guy one year ago at around 6-7" and 1" thick. He was sold as a wild. Just thought ide share some before and after pics. He is now a solid 9" and thicker than a ping pong ball at his thicket point. Please let me know if you can sex it

Awesome Pike Cichlid! I love these fish but can't find smaller ones that aren't dwarf (juvie ones I mean)

You know guys i got her in this rinky dink pet store here where weve always said its where the cartel shop for pets. They sell EXOTIC animals. And well the owners sometimes get in random wild fish from the countries theyre from. Its really a luck of the draw what they get in. Although ill keep my out because i have seen pikes anywhere between 3-5" in certain places when in season and they are mixed batches so ill make a thread or maybe even buy a few next time i see any for you guys

Thank you all for your comments. I even almost got rid of her because one day she snapped and wanted to kill everyone but in the week she was for sale she calmed down so. Then she had a growth spurt so i think she was going through some maturing phase.

I keep her with large robust cichlids. Shes will all my amphs and some vieja and parachromis.
