I have a bonded pair of Lenticulata pike FS that I have had since Dec/2009. I bought them as a large group to accomplish this bonded pair. I tried a previous time in 2007 and I had accomplished a bonded pair but I lost them due to a filter malfunction. So back in 2009 I started a new group of 7 and by letting the dominant male pick his partner, which took 2 years to do and thus I now have a natural bonded pair. They are big and will require a big tank. The female is at least 14" and the male is close to 17 to 18" These pike have been with everything over the last 2 years from Uaru,stingrays,wolf fish,arowana's,armatus, tigrinus catfish,big Mbu puffer and a bunch of other smaller fish when they were growing up like cuban cichlids,geos,plecos etc. As you can see these pikes have been with lots of different kind of fish in the last couple years and the only death was when the male pike killed the last female after he had chosen which female he wanted! Now it's time for someone to try and breed them. My stingrays are needing more tank space so I unfortunately I need to sell these pikes. I am sure this pair will breed in a tank by themselves, so I hope someone can take these beauties from me and do them justice and try to breed them.
