Lents or Marmoratas?

Would you say that one would be more suitable than the other to have a pair of as the sole inhabitants (with some silver dollar dithers) of a standard 125 (72x18)? I like both equally.

The tank stays at 6.5 pH, which I assume would be acceptable for either.

I would choose whichever you like best. I have a pair of Lents in my 230 and love them.

Is either easier to care for?

They are about the same, although lenticulata tend to be slightly more aggressive. Both are colorful, robust pikes!! Both are 'easy' to get onto prepared foods, and very owner responsive. It all comes down to preference. I love them both though!
