Here is one of the two leo/pearl x motoro pups I kept when I moved. I know it's parentage because I bred it myself, but I want to get some opinions from anyone that has had a similar cross before. I have two like this, brother sister pair, that I decided to grow up. Dad was the leo/pearl and was gray until he was about 11 inches, then he went black and his spots turned light yellow. Mom was dark base color typical motoro. The pups have a gray background rather than brown, which I expect may turn dark. What do you think? motoro hybrid pup.jpg

Other than the gray coloration, shows up better in person than on camera, I agree it just looks like a nice motoro. The first two from the same male looked much more like a pearl when born. They didnt make it 24 hrs unfortunately. I know they are hybrids though because the only mature male in the tank was the leo/pearl. I cant wait for them to hit 12 inches so I see if they are going to change or not.

Its the one in my avatar. Had to get rid of him when I moved 1000 miles. Didnt think I could transport him. Also had to sell his tank, too big to move without help. I will post a more recent pic when I get to my computer.

You have any pics of your pups? I would love to see them.
