Has anyone kept leopard ctenopoma with frontosas? I have a young frontosa in a grow out tank (he is about 2") and I was thinking about putting a young leopard ctenopoma in with him and my young senegal bichir (3.5") just a thought

Ive never kept fronts but my leopard 'gets on' with my severum, oscar and dats. Even when they were similar sized. I wouldnt say they were friends exactly, there was some chasing, both ways. But I wouldnt say the bushfish made the others life a misery or vice versa.

Fronts don't do we'll alone they like to live in colony's and everything I have read says that ctenopoma can be really aggressive. I would be afraid I would have a Front with no trailers.

I've had many leopard ctenopoma, they are not agressive at all, they simply will eat something if it can fit in their mouth, like most fish
