Hello recently I added a leopard bush fish ( leopard ctenpoma) to my African cichlids tank . I have kept the species before without issue , about a day after having him I noticed his left eye was a bit cloudy . We’ll fast forward almost a week Fish is very lethargic and I have not noticed him eat at all; tried pellets , flakes and blood worms . Please help here some photos as wel

Looks like the fish has popeye - likely caused by an injury.
Try treating with maracyn 2 in a separate qt tank.
Being a slow moving fish, it likely cannot compete with the cichlids well and is being kept from food.

I would reconsider putting the most aggressive and fast African cichlids together with a slow moving species like ctenpoma. Aggression caused by the African cichlids could be worsening the ctenpoma's health.

Just to give you an idea of how aggressive your demasoni could be, the demasoni that I've had chased fire mouths cichlids 3 times its size to the point that I had to remove the demasoni. They're also super fast cichlids, one of the fastest fish I've seen. They can dart from rock to rock in a blink of the eye and can easily take cheap shots at the slower ctenpoma.

They don’t mess with him at all he had it when I got him and he was in a tank with all other leopard fish.
Either way, I’d try treating for the popeye. Left unchecked, the fish could lose the eye.
Do keep an eye on it with the Africans for the future.

Maracyn 2 is effective against popeye.
