She hasn't eaten in over 2 months. still sheds. I somtimes see a small terd. She is about 2yrs old and had been on a diet of just meal worms for the last year. she won't even look at a cricket or meal worm.
she was pretty fat so she still looks ok though noticebly thinner.

Do you have any way of accurately measuring the temperature in her tank?

possibly, I have a multi-meter with a temp probe, and the cheap round terrerium temp guages. I use a sticky heat mat on the bottom (outside) of the 10g she's in, zoomed I think. ambient room temp is around 68

Well it is the winter and even my tanks have cooled a few degrees which is similar to what happens in the wild. Try warming the tank up to 85 on the warm end. Sometimes using just a heat pad isn't enough. You might have to use a heat lamp or low watt ceramic heat emitter to achieve the proper temps. And digital probes are the best for reading accurate temps so stick with that. Try this and hopefully she gets her appetite back.

I would also say it would be a good idea to get her a vet check just to be shure. Can you take pics of her?

I had considered that, I know they go through a hibernation of sorts in the wild. She ate all last winter though.

There is one other thing I didn't mention, and it's the smoking gun I'm sure. This all started after an injury to her underside. At first I thought she got stuck and scraped her belly trying to get out. The skin was broke and there was minimal bleeding. I use paper towels so I saw the dried blood. She was obviously tender so I left her alone for a week or so. After a week I picked her up to check her out, and the wound was symetrical along the belly but there was also a similar wound under the fatty part of the tail. Now I began to think it was a burn from the heat pad, but it is still operating the same as it always did. The only thing I could think of that may also be a contributing factor. My house experinced a power surge. I know it did because i caused it, long story. The surge lasted maybe 10 seconds, and fried a cable box. Could this have caused the heat pad to spike in temp and burn her? She is almost completely healed, there is still a slightly dark spot, but she's healed over. Can she fully heal from a bad burn or is she likely damaged internally beyond the point of full recovery, and doomed to starve to death?

Sorry I didn't mention this earlier but I want some other options besides a flood of "dude you're screwed" posts.

I will raise the temp, but I'm still open to any other ideas you have, now that you know the full story.

Thanks
