Ok
i seen some morphs, in my country, new zealand, these are rare and the only ones available if they are affordable are the normal once - as far asi know anyways.

how do you induce colouration and albinos during birth?
any food or things to feed them?
or is it just statistics that once in a while albino or a different colour will come out?

to get albinos you need to either breed two albinos together, or buy two HET albinos and breed them together. albino eggs incubated at temps up to 85(mix of male and female babies)-90(all male babies) degrees will produce light colored babies..temps lower than 85 will produce brown albinos.

morph + moprh = morph

you feed them small crickets and small mealworms.

selective breeding, say you have two pairs and they both lay an odd looking albino and it happens to be male female you take the two when they are adults and breed them and then so on and so forth

what happens when you breed a hypo and a het will it be some sort of albino or will it be like a high yelow

Well for starters you have to breed the right HET to get an albino. In leopard geckos there are three strains of albinos: tremper, rainwater, and bell albino. The three different strains are genetically incompatible with each other. Which means if you want to get albinos, you have to breed the same strain with each other. For instance, a het bell albino x het bell albino will give you some bell albino babies.

but how do i get different morphs from normal spotted coloured ones?
Its a fluke:D a genetic fluke, so in 99% of the times you cant;) Anomalitys only start to apear often after years of breeding or when someone is lucky enough to find a od one in the wild and to propagate it, like in many constrictor morphs:) Of corse then there is all the genetic work to selectively breed the animals or to find genetic maches like was already stated
