I have a tank with cana apple snails and wondering is a juvi lesser siren would cause trouble in there as a temporary grow out until I can set up another tank

Are you sure they aren’t mystery snails? If my memory serves correct the type you have listed is illegal country wide.
My guess is the siren would try and eat the snails. Just a guess but it is an amphibian and they like to eat. I learned that axolotls will attack snails the hard way. (Well not for me but the eyeless snails were none to happy)
