So far, I can't find a nice bubble wall, for anything longer than 28 inches. I'd love to build em 5-6 feet. With really fine bubbles. Has one made their own.

The one bubble wall I have tried, was stronger at the closest point to the inlet, and really weak on the opposite end... Making it look really weird.. not uniform at all...

Just hook some of the 2' air stones to a massive air pump. The more air you push, the more bubbles you should have. I don't think you will ever get even distribution though.

Only other thought is to drill a piece of PVC with tiny holes, and I mean tiny, that increase as they get away from the inlet. This would regulate the pressure, but I'm not sure how effective it would be.

get a long air hose, tie off one end and poke lots off holes with a needle where you want the air bubbles to come out, the pump has to be quite powerful for a large wand though.

That could work, and to fix the distribution problem, poke less holes at the beginning and more towards the end...

It works. To save your fingers clamp a normal straight pin in a vise and poke holes clean through the tubing, space them about 1/8 inch. thumbtack didn't work as well as a pin for me. If the holes are spaced apart so they are not tears they will stay closed until the air pressure is spread evenly throughout the tube and the bubbles come out evenly. For a 6' I would use two 3' sections. I found each outlet from a whisper 100 powers 3' fine.

in my tank i have a 6 foot pvd water conduit - the kind used for home water supplies and drilled a shed load of holes in it. plugged the ends up with wine bottle corks and drilled holes into those too. used the connections off of old air stones and attached an air pump to either side. i have put some gravel into the conduit to weight it down because they have a habit of floating!! only problem i have with this is that the air pumps are too weak to give me a decent spread. i have ended up with one set of bubbles either side. i am gonna invest in some massive air pumps, the kind you use for ponds and connect those up but since they are about 100£ i have still to save enough!!!
i did get told by another fish keeper that if i freeze a length or normal air line, when i unfurl it, it puts small cracks in at different spacings and will eventually thaw out to become pliable again. then connect to air pump and marvel at the effect! still to try that one!

put a air pump on each end

I have done this with store bought bubble wands, and this made me get an even amount of bubbles all the way across.

Have you ever saw the bubble rivers? they are pretty cool saw one on DrFoster
