I think it might be a good idea to warn people of fish that are hard to keep.

hard to keep and restricted don't go hand in hand

snakeheads are fairly easy to keep but still restriced
ribbon eels are firly easy to get but hard to keep

batfish
certain butterflies and angelfish
large boxfish
deep sea fish
sharks and rays
just to name a few

also mandarins, scooter blennies, seahorses and pipefish.
we're talking heard to keep, yeah. stuff like leopard morays, not on this list.
