So a gold fish has been getting the best of my wolf fish. He's been hunting it for ill say 2 days now and the closest he got was nipping a piece of his tail off haha

Make sure its a fair fight and feed your goldfish too. It's already cruel to let a bigger fish hunt it down, might as well feed the goldfish too so it wouldn't lose due to starvation.

One thing I feel should be pointed out is what a crappy source of food goldfish are. If you want to feed your predatory fish live food, I'd find something healthier for them.
