Got this little guy (approx 7") hope he doesn't get too aggressive to my little datnoid

No red eye, so I'd think its a leuci ^^

:D

$10 too!!! 2 more in lfs, but I know they will fight, if I keep more than one in one tank :(

AND

I think its a good price as a bottom feeder fish, comparing to smaller sailfin pleco at $7.99 each

Hes on full throttle and punk out everyfish he see (shouldve brought a tiger shovelnose instead)

:irked:

$10 will have to goto the toilet soon! x.x or maybe a 30G tank tomarrow!

its albino not leucistic. not an easy fish to mix. should have looked it up before you made the purchase. dont flush it due to your error and ignorance.

i KNOW (not no) it is albino cause there is no leucistic variety available, and if there was, he would not have gotten it at his lfs for $10. plus the fish in question is colored yellow, not white. i doubt this fish is 7" either just by looking at the trim it is next to in pic 2. its hard to see, but in pic 3 you can see the red pupil also.

Wow, Asian redtails are pretty much the most evil freshwater fish imaginable. Good luck with all of that.

I thought albino = got red eye and leuci just white with black eye...

oh well dont really care if its leuci or albino, I just want a big bottom feeder fish (I dont like pleco)

I know they are aggressive, worst than my last ATF (african tiger fish)
its the BOSS of the tank now x.x

AND

It just love to harass my silver dollar

I'd see how thing goes tomarrow, I really want to keep it, but if it create any causalty, it will be gone!

Using a flash...

but it look plain black when I view it..

the length of the body is longer than my 6" datnoid.. so it gotta be 6"+

Like I said I dont care if its leuci or albino... Just hoping it will stay in harmony and clean out the excess shrimp pieces when my datnoid done eating x.x

as i said, you should not punish this fish just because of your error. if you do decide to get rid of it i trust you will be responsible about it. good luck with it.
