So me and three other guys spent about an hour leveling out my tank with wood shims. The tank was completely level so I filled it up half way. I let it sit for about 3.5 to 4 hours checked the level again seemed basically perfect. Filled the rest of the tank and I notice a site slope around a quarter of an inch. Should I empty the tank and re-level it or will it be ok. Might be even less the a quarter inch difference.

Man good luck I can never get my dang stand level 100%, I think my problem is I have a board running on the bottom of the stand that connects all the legs.

I just set my 150 gallon up last nighy the stand was wobbly so I used shims didn't think yo check for levelness then got it fill all the ways up but had to take a little out to fill my filter. Noticed one side in the from is higher then the other measured and its only a 1/16 of an inch difference. I was gonna drain it and try again but after reading youi experience not sure if I should. I'm eager to see what others say cause I'm in the same boat as you. I also noticed the hight side from to back was a 1/16 off. That's it the side I put the shim under the farthest. I put on two more corners but barley put them in. The only thing I judged it by was the wobbleness

I'm thinking about draining mine and adjust the shimes then filling it about a half inch above the bottom trim then using a tapmeasure to measure from the top of the bottom trim to the water level and then adjust tell it right on all the way around. That's is if I can adjust then with that much water in it

dang mines like 1" deffierence at least is that bad?

if the tank is close to being level i would think its ok, but it is important for it to be sitting perfectly touching square on bottom. if you end up with a small gap on one corner or side the weight of the water pushing down on aquarium can stress the glass and end up cracking or busting your aquarium leaving you with a big mess.
