I want to set up a 120g in my home office, and the floor is not level. I dont know how much its off by, but what is the most shims can help with? If its more than a 1/2 inch over 24", is it possible to level it? I need to get a laser distance measuring device to figure out exactly how off it is

You can get plywood and cut to size, then shim the difference. There are also plastic break away shims.
