LFS Flowerhorn

I went to a local petsbarn and saw a bunch of "flowerhorns" I dont know much about flowerhorns but I could see they were low quality and not really attractive but I picked up the best of the batch anyway.I threw it in my tank and within a month the coloring started to improve.Im just curious was it simply the water quality or food or is there a way I can even further the color quality of the flowerhorn??

Sure He/She is a good fish aggressive like all other flowerhorns but the colors getting better and I think it was a great addition.But If the quality is any lower than this one I wouldnt.
